==== Changing Bill Cycle Dates ==== Fixed Wireless customers can change their billing cycle upon request to better fit their budgets. **All fiber customers are billed on the 1st of each month and this is not adjustable** If a customer calls in to request to move their bill cycle date ask the date they would like their statement, while advising that the bill is due 4 days after. Create a ticket and advise the customer that the change will be made within 2 business days and that their account will be prorated accordingly. As of 03/01/2019 Powercode does not prorate accounts automatically. When bill cycles are changed it has to be reviewed by billing.
