====== Closed Tickets ======

Tickets are generally closed once an issue is believed to be resolved, or if we were unsuccessful at contacting the customer for resolution. 

===Reopening Closed Tickets==

If a customer calls in with the same issue for a previously closed ticket, reopen the ticket and be sure to read all previous notes relating to that issue.
