===== Ignite MAC Guide =====

To pull a MAC address from an Ignite device, follow these steps:

** NOTE ** As of 04/2019 newer model Ignite Radios can access the bridge table through the GUI


-Login to CPE through IP listed in powercode


*Login Credentials*

**Username:** admin
**Password:** QZMm7wWaMxhJ8sag

- Click on network status, shown below

- Locate device Eth0 (there may be more than 1) the mac that is not the same as all the others is the one you are looking for.

- Confirm manufacturer of router or device they are using to bypass with customer and throw mac into mac lookup.Link below.

- Add mac in place of existing mac for the customer owned equipment (device with the public IP)

*cable may need to be reseated but customer should have internet access now unless they need to go through router setup.*
