After all troubleshooting steps have been taken and the NOC is receiving an unusually high amount of call volume, an outage may be occurring. If 3 customers call within a short time period with the same issue, please notify the admins immediately in the #call-center channel of Slack Two way communication is required when an outage is suspected. If you do not hear a reply from someone at Intellipop, call Aaron at 801-300-7788 and receive confirmation. If Aaron is not available, call Mat at 801-860-1746. Further communication will be done through Slack and updates will be posted in the channel. If the outage has NOT been confirmed, inform the customer that you suspect something may be going on and admins have notified. Create a ticket for each outage customer and get a call back number.
