====== Crossover Positions ====== **All NOC and field employees are cross trained to cover both positions.** All full time technicians will do customer phone support as well as field work. While it may be convenient to have an employee help with work from another department than they are assigned to for the day, whatever position the tech is scheduled for is their sole priority for that day. This includes side work, programming/building equipment, phone support and field support. If they are needed by another department a request must first be made with and cleared by their current position supervisor (Field/NOC Manager) and arrangements must be made to cover the position that they were originally responsible for.
