UTOPIA is a municipal non-profit organization that lays and maintains fiber throughout the Wasatch Front (Mountain range front located throughout most of Utah)

Utopia lays physical fiber connections, **they do not provide the bandwidth or service** needed to connect to the internet, and that is where Intellipop comes in as a partner and internet provider. (Think of it like: Utopia builds the freeways, Intellipop manages the traffic)
