=====Sending A Portal Reset Link==== If the customer needs access to their online portal and they do not know their credentials, you can send them a portal reset link. (This can also be done by the customer themselves at the portal login screen) **Be sure to verify the email on file before sending the link.** Locate the contacts section on the left side of the screen on the customer overview page. Click on the edit button for the customer you wish to send a portal reset link to. {{ :tech:contacts_edit.png?600 |}} Verify the email on the account is correct and that there are no spaces before or after the email address.
