In most cases it will be with their home network (Wi-Fi issues). Check to make sure the ONT is online. ONT status "Present" means the ONT is up, if you see "Missing" the ONT is offline, could be due to a recent powercyle, outage, or the fiber could be damaged. Ask the customer if they rebooted the device. Be sure to advise them not to reboot the modem until they have talked to us. Strata can't pull good logs if they reboot the modem. if the ONT is online the issue is most likely going to be with the router or a device in their home network.
