If someone is calling in and is looking for someone in particular (not customer service related) or selling a product simply state 

**“This is a customer support number for Intellipop customers. We do not accept solicitations at this number, this is a call center for customer use only. Please take us off your list”**

disconnect the call immediately after saying this, most of these calls are in bad faith, do not engage.

**UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES**

  * Verify any employee information
  * Verify a specific person is employed
  * Give out any company or personal information
  * Give out personal cell phone numbers
