=====Change Status To Not Active===== **Only change the status to not active if they are canceling service that day** Click on the blue "Change Status" button in the Account Profile section {{ :tech:change_status.png?600 |}} Change the status box to "Not Active" and click the green Ok button {{ :tech:change_status_not_active.png?600 |}} Once that is done you will get a pop up to confirm the status change, click the red "Disconnect Service" button to confirm. {{ :tech:change_status_confirm.png?400 |}} You will now be back on the customer overview page, the banner should now be red and say "This Customer Is Not Active" {{ :tech:change_status_confirm_3.png?600 |}} ====Useful Links==== **Need to send a cancelation order to Utopia?
