=====Change Status To Uninstall===== **Only change the status to uninstall if they are canceling service that day** Click on the blue "Change Status" button in the Account Profile section {{ :tech:change_status.png?600 |}} Change the status box to "Uninstall" and click the green Ok button {{ :tech:change_status_uninstall.png?600 |}} A pop up will appear to confirm the disconnect, click the red "Disconnect Service" button.
