====Scheduling A Fixed Wireless Install====

**DO NOT SCHEDULE AN INSTALL WITHOUT CONFIRMING IT FIRST WITH AN IN OFFICE AGENT**

First step will be to create the customer an account in powercode, if you need help with that click here. [[Inbound Account Setup|Creating An Account]]

Wireless installs can be scheduled for three different arrival windows during a day 10-12, 12-2, and 2-4.

**Installs are going to be weather permitting**, technicians will have to get on the roof so if there is snow, ice, heavy rain, lightning or high winds the install may have to be rescheduled for the tech's safety.

To schedule a wireless install you will want to open the customers account and locate the jobs tab and click on create job shown below.

Enter the job type as an install, and template as Residential Installation. Be sure to include any relevant notes about the install as shown below and hit create.

**NOTE: If you do not know whose schedule to put the job on, please reach out on Slack**

Drag the job onto the schedule for the appropriate arrival window. Click on the date in the bottom left, click the floppy disk icon and save the job. If you do not save the job it will not be on the schedule for the tech to complete and will go to standby

Once the install has been saved to the schedule advised the cust of the date and time of the arrival window, make sure you clearly state it is an arrival window. Be sure to answer any other questions that the customer has. Once the call has ended open ticket with all relevant information from the call, including the install date, time, what plan they want and if they have or want a router.
