=====Changing Utopia Fiber Service Plan=====

We currently offer two plans on Utopia Fiber: **250 Mbps down/up and 1Gbps down/up**

Make sure customers are aware of the price difference before submitting the change:

**250 Mbps down/up**- is **$34.95/mo** to Intellipop + **$30/mo** municipal fee to Utopia to lease the fiber connection. Grand total between the **two separate** bills is** $64.95/mo**

**1Gbps down/up**- Is **$46.95/mo** to Intellipop + **$30/mo** municipal fee to Utopia to lease the fiber connection. Grand Total between the **two separate** bills is **$76.95/mo**

====Upgrading/Downgrading Service====

To upgrade or downgrade a service for a Utopia fiber customer you will need to do the following:

  - [[Inbound Service Plan Change Powercode| Change the service plan in powercode]]
  - [[Inbound Ticketing Procedures|Open a ticket]]

Once these above steps are done advise the customer this can take up to 2 business days for this change to fully take effect in Utopia's system. We will give them a call once the change has been completed to inform them of the change.
