If you get a call about someone who is upset that a Utopia technician damaged their property, apologize for the inconvenience and advise them they will need to contact Utopia customer support to have them coordinate repairs for their property. 

It is important to let them know that Intellipop is not the company that lays the physical fiber connection and we have nothing to do with the process.
