===== Intellipop Fiber Billing =====

This page is for information related to how billing works for fiber customers.

Brief Summary

  * Customers "all-in" monthly rate is $64.95: $30/mo to Utopia for installation, $34.95 to Intellipop for the services
  * Intellipop Fiber is billed on the 1st of each month and due by 5th
  * Services will be shut off on or after the 17th of each month for non payment - this is because there are no contracts on our end

As of January 2019, we currently only offer a 250 Mbps Residential Fiber Plan.

Fiber billing is broken down into 2 separate charges, one for the actual installation (Utopia portion) and one for Intellipop, the monthly internet service charge.

Customers can either choose a 1 year contract at $30/mo for the installation or a one time charge of $2750. Most subscribers will go with the 1 year contract with Utopia - there is no contract with Intellipop.

**Note**: Some cities occasionally do promotional on the installation, we will try to keep this page updated but you can always ask Utopia
