Collect the customers information and create a new sales lead. Advise them that a member of the business team will get back to them with pricing and availability.

Be sure to ask the speeds they are looking to get, and how long of a term they are willing to sign (1 year, 2 year, 3 year).

If they wont disclose the company information we can not work with them until we have this information.
