Changing Account Holder

Some customers sign up before the equipment is removed from a previous customer's old residence.

Create New Lead in Powercode -Create a new lead for the new customer

Check Previous Owner's Account -Check to verify that the previous owner of the address has scheduled to cancel their services. If they have not, create a separate ticket for that account noting that services have been requested to take over.

Verify the Date They Want to Begin Services -Note in their ticket when they would like their services to begin. Answer any service/package questions as you would with any new customer.
