Payments with cards on file
When a customer calls in to make a payment and already has a card on file, be sure to verify the last four number of the card they would like to use, verify their total and process the payment.
Adding/Editing Cards
Card information can not be edited through the customer portal and has to be done over the phone. Do not remove old cards until a new one has been added. Always ask if they would like the card being added/edited set for auto pay.
