General questions you might get from customers while talking price and plans.
“Do you have data caps”? No
“Do you offer a router, is it included?” Routers are not included. Intellipop offers a managed WiFi Service. Router Leases (managed WiFi Service) are $12.95/mo. We do not offer a direct purchase as they are licensed. Customers are welcome to purchase a router on their own as well. We recommend the Asus ASUS RT-AX82U AX5400 series and above.
“Are there any install fees?” There are no install fees. The Bountiful City Fee covers the modem, installation and maintenance of the Fiber network.
“Are there any long term contracts?” There are no long term contracts, it is a month to month service.
“What is the process to get service?”
“How does billing work? The customer will get two separate bills: one from Intellipop and one Charge on their Bountiful City utility bill. Our statement is emailed out on the 1st of each month and is due on the 5th of each month.
“Do you offer phone and tv service? Intellipop does not offer TV. Our goal is to save the customer money and point them towards good, existing TV Solutions. We recommend YoutubeTV as it has local channels (KUTV, KSL, FOX13, etc) and Jazz games (Utah's Basketball team - it's a selling point)
Other options for TV include Sling and HuluTV. We recommend OOMA or Vonage for VOIP. The customer will save money and get a good service.
