Once we have suspended service for a Utopia fiber customer we will disable their online portal to make payments since we have to manually reinstate the service through Utopia.
Locate the contacts section on the left side of the screen on the customer overview page. Click on the edit button for the customer you wish to disable portal access for.
Locate the Customer Portal Access Info section. Check the box that is labeled “Disable Customer Portal Access”, and click the green Save button.
If you have disabled the portal this is what the contact card will look like now on the left side of the screen.
Make sure to update the ticket regarding this.
