If the customer needs access to their online portal and they do not know their credentials, you can send them a portal reset link. (This can also be done by the customer themselves at the portal login screen)

Be sure to verify the email on file before sending the link.

Locate the contacts section on the left side of the screen on the customer overview page. Click on the edit button for the customer you wish to send a portal reset link to.

Verify the email on the account is correct and that there are no spaces before or after the email address. Check the box labeled “Email customer their username and a password reset link” and click the green save button. The portal reset link can take about 5 to 10 minutes to arrive in the customers email, advise them to check their spam folder as well.
