If someone is calling in and is looking for someone in particular (not customer service related) or selling a product simply state

“This is a customer support number for Intellipop customers. We do not accept solicitations at this number, this is a call center for customer use only. Please take us off your list”

disconnect the call immediately after saying this, most of these calls are in bad faith, do not engage.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

• Verify any employee information
• Verify a specific person is employed
• Give out any company or personal information
• Give out personal cell phone numbers
