Only change the status to uninstall if they are canceling service that day
Click on the blue “Change Status” button in the Account Profile section
Change the status box to “Uninstall” and click the green Ok button
A pop up will appear to confirm the disconnect, click the red “Disconnect Service” button. Doing this will disable the customers service immediately and stop the billing.
If the steps are followed correctly, you will be on the customer overview page with a yellow that says “This Customer Is Uninstall”
