UTOPIA is a municipal non-profit organization that lays and maintains fiber throughout the Wasatch Front (Mountain range front located throughout most of Utah)

Utopia lays physical fiber connections, they do not provide the bandwidth or service needed to connect to the internet, and that is where Intellipop comes in as a partner and internet provider. (Think of it like: Utopia builds the freeways, Intellipop manages the traffic)
