Utopia Website Won't Accept My Order

Utopia's website is very particular when it comes to entering an address. If you are not able to enter the address correctly, don't panic.

If the availability map shows the address as serviceable but you are not able to submit an order, the street name or street suffix might be different. You can ask the customer if the street they live on has another name. Try it with the other street name and verify we have the correct zip code.

When in doubt: Check Google for the zipcode and address

If you are still unable to submit an order and all the above has been done call Utopia Customer service (801) 613-3880 and tell them “ I have a customer that would like to signup for service but the website won't accept my order. Can you please send out an agreement for me?”

They will most likely send it over or tell you they need to update the map. If the map needs to be updated please let the customer know that it can take up to 3 business days, after which Utopia will follow up directly with the customer.
