Once you have figured out what area the customer is in we can look at plans and pricing. Please use the coverage map to determine what color zone the customer is in.
The only thing not included in the monthly service fee is a wireless router, we do offer them for rental or for pruchase.
Basic Package $39.95/mo
A guaranteed minimum speed of 5Mbps with speeds up to 15. Good for your basic internet browsing, watching YouTube videos, streaming only occasionally and if the customer doesn't mind watching on a standard definition stream instead of HD.
Classic Package $49.95/mo
A guaranteed minimum speed of 10Mbps with speeds up to 30. What that the majority of our customers go with. It comes with our 24/7 HD steaming guarantee, and is good for Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, etc. *We guarantee 1 HD stream on this plan. Two can be possible, but is not guaranteed.
Premium Package $69.95
A guaranteed minimum speed of 20 Mbps with speeds up to 50Mbps. Is geared toward households who have 2+ streams going at the same time on a regular basis.
Technology does work on line of sight so we can only do high speed plans if they are in range and have line of sight. If you are unsure if you should mention these plans please reach out in slack for help.

If the address in question falls in a yellow zone a site survey must be completed prior to scheduling an install. Site surveys will be completed within 1-2 business days, the customer does not need to be home for this to take place and it is not scheduled for a hard time. “Do you have data caps”? Intellipop does not have any data caps.
“Do you offer a router, is it included?” Routers are not included. Intellipop offers a managed WiFi Service. Router Leases (managed WiFi Service) are $12.95/mo. We do not offer a direct purchase as they are licensed. Customers are welcome to purchase a router on their own as well. We recommend the Asus AC-1750 series and above.
“Are there any install fees?” There are no install fees.
“Are there any long term contracts?” There are no long term contracts, it is a month to month service.
“What is the process to get service?” verify availability for their address, schedule an install for a tech to install the antenna on the roof and run an ethernet cable down into the home, once that is completed the service will be up and running as long as the customer has a router.
“How does billing work? All billing is paperless, customers will get their statement on their activation date and the due date if four days later.
“Do you offer phone and tv service? Intellipop does not. For tv we recommend Youtube Tv or sling. For Phone service we recommend the VoIP service Ooma.
