This guide will be for the installation and troubleshooting of Intellipop Routers

Quick Notes:

• The router is a Calix Gigaspire
• We no longer sell these, we only offer a managed WiFi service for $12.95/mo
• We will replace a bad router if they are an active and the account is not past due
• We provide over the phone support as needed ONLY on this router
• We recommend Asus AC-1750 routers if the customer does not want to use one of ours and we do not provide support on the Asus routers

Configuration of these compose of essentially 3 steps:

1. Unpackage the unit and power it up
2. Update the firmware
3. Restore the current configuration

Note: these devices need to be added to Powercode inventory

The default IP address of the router will be 192.168.1.1
