Sales Information

Intellipop offers special plans for the individual units in the addresses listed above.

We offer:

Like our wireless plans, all of these plans have no long term contracts, no data caps and are flat monthly rates.

Unlike wireless plans, these are not “burst” plans and the upload and download speeds should match.

Installation of these units is simply with an Ethernet jack in the home that connects to our switch on the side of the building - this is really the only information the customer needs to know.

The customer will need a router for WiFi in the home. They can buy/lease one of our routers, bring one of their own or we can recommend a router.

Technical Support

Technical support for these units are fairly standard.

Here are the general steps you need to follow for each potential issue.

Basically, if the switch is up the customer will have internet service. This is because you are logging into the switch from outside our network, inferring that internet access to the switch is working just fine.

Note: you can tell if something is plugged into the port and what speeds they are associated at by locating the port on the switch and hovering over it with your mouse. See switch information below for pictures.

Switch Info

To find the Switch the customer is on, you will need to know their address.

username for all switches is admin and the password will be tech@intellipop

for the 300 West MDUs, the switch IP's are (you MUST use winbox to log in)

for 27 West Main there are, at this time, 3 switches. You will need to log into each switch and locate their Unit number.

Note: as of 10/2018 we are having installation notes for MDU's to include which switch they are located on. This information may be located in the customers installation job notes.

Pulling a MAC from a Netonix

All MDU subscribers will need a MAC address in Powercode. This will be used for new installs, router changes and bypasses

  1. Log into the switch
  2. Determine which port belongs to the customer
  3. Click on “Device”
  4. Click on “MAC Table”

  1. Once inside the MAC Table located the port number they are plugged into
