Phone Call Scripts

This page is for help if you need a script to read from for certain scenarios.

We always answer the call:

“Thank you for calling Intellipop, my name is [name], how can I help you today?”

Try to find out what the purpose of the call is as quickly as possible. If they are a current subscriber, ask for the last name on the account and verify their physical address.

I am happy to help you with [issue] today, can I verify the last name and the physical address of the account?
