Site surveys are complimentary and offered to ensure that a residence is serviceable. Some areas have issues with trees or topography, and we always want to be sure that service is available before offering it.

First step will be to create the customer an account in powercode, if you need help with that click here. Creating An Account

Site Surveys are completed within 2 business days, the customer does not need to be home for this to take place.

Do not schedule a specific time for a site survey.

Our technician will stop by when time allows in the day and we WILL reach out to them with a phone call once it is completed. Techs will knock on the door and talk to someone if they are there, otherwise we will just get on the roof.

To schedule a site survey you will want to open the customers account and locate the jobs tab and click on create job shown below.

Enter the job type as service, and template as Site Survey as shown below and hit create.

Drag the job onto the schedule and click on the date in the bottom left, click the floppy disk icon and save the job. If you do not save the job it will not be on the schedule for the tech to complete and will go to standby

Once the job has been added to the schedule let the customer know once it has been completed in the next 2 business days we will call them and let them know the outcome. Always open a ticket for every call.
