Customer Account Information
Update customer contact and billing information as needed. One card must always remain on file.
When updating email addresses be sure to verify you have the correct information in regards to spelling and remind customers to check their spam folder for the next statement.
Account Status
The account status on a customer page will always be accurate.
You can change the customer status for the following reasons-
Cancellations- If a customer calls in to cancel and has already moved change the status to uninstall
Delinquency- If a customer calls in to extend their grace period you can change the account status to active while extending their date.
Vacation Mode- When customers go out of town for extended periods of time, we can put their account in vacation mode to suspend their services until they return. This is used for a minimum of 1 month and up to 6 months. Beyond 6 months we will collect our equipment and reinstall when the customer returns.
