Calling in to Make a Payment
-If the customer already has a card on file verify the last 4 digits of the card they would like to use.
-When adding a card be sure to verify the zip code for the billing address associated with the card.
-Always verify the monthly total before processing the payment and encourage automatic payments.
-One card must remain on file and existing card information may not be deleted without first adding a new one. If the customer called because they can not edit/delete their card information online, advise them that you will have to do it for them, the security features of our billing system create 'keys' and do not save the full card number.
