Changing Bill Cycle Dates
Fixed Wireless customers can change their billing cycle upon request to better fit their budgets. All fiber customers are billed on the 1st of each month and this is not adjustable
If a customer calls in to request to move their bill cycle date ask the date they would like their statement, while advising that the bill is due 4 days after.
Create a ticket and advise the customer that the change will be made within 2 business days and that their account will be prorated accordingly. As of 03/01/2019 Powercode does not prorate accounts automatically. When bill cycles are changed it has to be reviewed by billing.
