Service Availability
Check the customer's address in the availability map.
Red
If the customer is in a red zone or not in any zone at all, fixed wireless services are not available. Be sure to check for fiber availability as well for these customers. If neither fixed wireless or fiber are available, advise the customer that their address is not serviceable at this time.
Yellow
For customers in yellow zones a site survey is required. Site surveys are complimentary and offered to ensure that a residence is serviceable. Some areas have issues with trees or topography, and we always want to be sure that service is available before offering it. Advise the customer that the survey will be completed within 3 business days of being requested, and that they do not need to be home. We will call them once the survey is completed if they are not home at the time of the survey. Create a ticket.
Green
For customers in green zones, an installation can be scheduled at any time.
-If Powercode or the map can't find the coordinates, advise the customer that their address is too new for the system to recognize and that you will forward it to the field manager to verify the exact location and they will be contacted back during regular business hours for availability.
