For most customers their bill cycle will revolve around their installation date. Balances are due 4 days after the customer receives their statement. There is a 10 day grace period after balances are due before services are automatically shut off.

NOTE Intellipop only does paperless billing, we do not offer paper billing at any cost. If they have concerns with the email or privacy, we do not share any contact information with any third party and we do not use e-mails to market, strictly for billing.
