Installations

If a customer is ready for an installation (lives in a green area or had a successful site survey) message the chat with the following information

  • Customer Name & CUID
  • Address
  • Confirmation a site survey been completed when necessary

If you do not hear back within 3 minutes, get a good call back number and create a ticket. Advise the customer that they will receive a call back from the scheduling dept during normal business hours at the latest.

All jobs are to be scheduled under Tom unless otherwise directed to do so.
