Scheduling
All jobs are to be scheduled by Intellipop administrators and exclusively put onto Tyler's schedule unless otherwise directed.
When giving the customer their scheduled time be sure to be clear that the 2 hour time slot is an arrival window. Even jobs that only take 30-60 mins are given a 2 hour arrival window.
The technician will call once on their way. I.g., for jobs scheduled from 9-10 the arrival widow for the technician to arrive is between 9-11. Not for the technician to arrive at 9.
Winter Conditions
During the winter season be sure to advise customers that installations, or service calls requiring roof access, are subject to be rescheduled if there is snow/ice on their roof. This will be determined by the technician on site. Our technicians safety is our top priority and they have been trained on safe installation procedures. We have the tools to clear the roof and can reschedule for 24-48 hours later after any residual ice/snow has melted.
