Service Calls

Any and all services calls are to be determined by Intellipop administrators. Never suggest to a customer that a service call may be needed.

If a customer has an open ticket with notes to schedule a service call, message the chat with the customer ID and details of what is needed. If you do not receive a response within 3 minutes get a good call back number and advise the customer that they will receive a call back from the scheduling dept.
