eCommunity Fiber Plans/Pricing
There are no long term contracts, service is month to month
We currently offer three speeds on the eCommunity Fiber network, 100 Mbps down/up and 500 Mbps down/up, and 1 Gbps down/up. A modem is provided by eCommunity for all fiber customers, a router is NOT provided. We do offer a Managed WiFi Service or the customer can bring their own.
100 Mbps down/up- Is $44.95/mo Paid to Intellipop. Due date is 5th of each month.
500 Mbps down/up- Is $64.95/mo Paid to Intellipop. Due date is 5th of each month.
1 Gbps down/up- Is $74.95/mo Paid to Intellipop. Due date is 5th of each month.
General questions you might get from customers while talking price and plans
“Do you have data caps”? No
“Do you offer a router, is it included?” Routers are not included. Intellipop offers a managed WiFi Service. Router Leases (managed WiFi Service) are $12.95/mo. We do not offer a direct purchase as they are licensed. Customers are welcome to purchase a router on their own as well. We recommend the Asus ASUS RT-AX82U AX5400 or the ASUS ZenWiFi XT9 AX7800 Tri-Band WiFi6 Mesh WiFi System for homes larger than 2000 square feet or multi level homes.
“Are there any install fees?” There are no install fees.
“Are there any long term contracts?” We do not have any long term contracts. Service is month to month.
“What is the process to get service?”
- We create an account in Gaiia, set the network provider to none during the account creation.
- We then need to add the work order to the eCommunity CRM. Instructions to come
- Be clear that they will work with eCommunity during the entire installation process. Once they are installed, Intellipop will be their primary contact for any technical or billing support they need.
“How does billing work? The customer will get one bill from Intellipop on the 1st of each month, due date will be the 5th.
“Do you offer phone and tv service? Intellipop does not offer TV. Our goal is to save the customer money and point them towards good, existing TV Solutions. We recommend YoutubeTV as it has local channels.
Other options for TV include Sling and HuluTV. We recommend OOMA or Vonage for VOIP. The customer will save money and get a good service.
