eCommunity Fiber Process a Lead
“What is the process to get service?”
- We create an account in Gaiia, set the network provider to none during the account creation.
- We then need to add the work order to the A2D CRM. Instructions to come
- Be clear that they will work with eCommunity during the entire installation process. Once they are installed, Intellipop will be their primary contact for any technical or billing support they need.
- Notify Intellipop directly if there is a signup for the time being, we will assist as more information becomes available.
