Add A Payment Method

Before you can process a payment on a card, you will need to add it to their account.

To add a payment method to an account you will click on the “Billing” tab on top bar of their account.

Locate the Credit Card/Bank Account section on the left hand side of the screen and click the green “Add” button.

Do not ever give out an address or card number, make the customer verify it for you.

Fill out the card information and confirm the billing address matches the physical address, if the billing address is different make sure to change the billing address on this page. Verify if the customer wants to set the card for autopay or just one time payment and set it accordingly and hit the green save button.
