ALWAYS MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT HAVE AN EXISITING ACCOUNT FIRST

In Gaiia, create a new lead and make sure you have their name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and if applicable, the name of the customer who referred them. Take extra care to verify the correct email address, as this is where statements and fiber contracts will be sent.

Click “Accounts” shown below to start the process.

Click “Create Account”

Start typing the customers address in the “Find Address” box. Select the customers address from the list that pops up Make sure it's the correct address. If the address does not pop up, manually enter the address in the boxes below.

Select the plan the customer wants to sign up for from the drop down list and click next

Fill out the customers information. All red boxes need to be filled out below. You can use the Utopia Coverage Map to get the Utoipa footprint.

Verify the customer's information and click “Confirm”

Open the customers account and click on “Workflows.”

Click “+ New Workflow” Click Activation

Click Open access network activation

Click “Submit” This will automatically send the Utopia agreement to the customer. No need to send it out manually anymore
