“Do you have data caps”? Intellipop does not have any data caps.
“Do you offer a router, is it included?” Routers are not included. Intellipop offers a managed WiFi Service. Router Leases (managed WiFi Service) are $12.95/mo. We currently only offer a router for plans up to 1 Gbps. We do not offer a direct purchase as they are licensed. Customers are welcome to purchase a router on their own as well. We recommend the Asus AX55 series and above.
“Are there any install fees?” There are no install fees as long as the ONT is installed within 45 feet of NID (Box on the outside of their house. If they want to go further than 45 feet it is a $200.00 install fee from the company Spectra doing the installs.
“Are there any long term contracts?” There are no long term contracts, it is a month to month service.
“What is the process to get service?” You the agent will need to help them create an account in the Strata Portal, and help them schedule their fiber install. once that has been done Strata/Spectra will do the install into the home and Intellipop will activate service remotely. Once service has been activated an Intellipop agent will F/U to make sure service is working well and answer any additional questions.
“How does billing work? The customer will get one bill from us each month on the first. Due date for their payment will be the 5th of each month.
“Do you offer phone and tv service? Intellipop does not offer TV. Our goal is to save the customer money and point them towards good, existing TV Solutions. We recommend YoutubeTV as it has local channels (KUTV, KSL, FOX13, etc) and Jazz games (Utah's Basketball team - it's a selling point)
Other options for TV include Sling and HuluTV. We recommend OOMA or Vonage for VOIP. The customer will save money and get a good service.
