Ubiquiti Mac Pull

Username: admin Password: EIxRM9IXG2okqL

Once you are logged in navigate to the bridge table. Click on the button labeled “Bridge Table” shown below.

Look for the mac that is appearing on LAN0, this MAC will be the device plugged into the Data port on the POE.

Copy the MAC address listed under “LAN0” and update it on the customers account in Powercode.

Adding MAC To Powercode

After you have the MAC for the new device you will need to add it to powercode in place of the existing customer owned equipment MAC address. Click “more” for the customer owned equipment shown below.

1: Click on More next to the Public IP equipment in their Powercode Account 2: Click on Edit

  • Toggle the “Modify MAC Address” button
  • Set MAC Source to Manual
  • Paste the MAC of the new device into the MAC Address section

Once this is done scroll down and hit the green save button at the bottom of the screen. The cable may need to be reseated into the router/laptop but it should pull an IP as the MAC has now been authenticated. The rotuer will need to be setup before it will work correctly.
