Open Infra Process a Lead
Open Infra requires a 1 year contract on all their installs.
“What is the process to get service?”
- Create an account in Powercode.
- Intellipop emails Open Infra to start the process.
- Customer will sign 1 year contract with Open Infra.
- Open Infra will do the full physical install.
- Intellipop service is activated.
If the customer wants to proceed an internal Intellipop agent will need to email order.us@openinfra.com & mariemel.garciano@openinfra.com with the following info.
- LID
- Physical Address
- Customer name
- Customer email
- Customer Phone number
- Service Selected
Once this email has been sent the customer should expect a contract from Open Infra to be emailed to them. Once that is signed they will want to contact Open Infra to schedule the physical install of the fiber.
