Open Infra requires a 1 year contract on all their installs.

“What is the process to get service?”

1. Create an account in Powercode.
2. Intellipop emails Open Infra to start the process.
3. Customer will sign 1 year contract with Open Infra.
4. Open Infra will do the full physical install.
5. Intellipop service is activated.

If the customer wants to proceed an internal Intellipop agent will need to email order.us@openinfra.com & mariemel.garciano@openinfra.com with the following info.

• LID
• Physical Address
• Customer name
• Customer email
• Customer Phone number
• Service Selected

Once this email has been sent the customer should expect a contract from Open Infra to be emailed to them. Once that is signed they will want to contact Open Infra to schedule the physical install of the fiber.
