Change Status To Not Active
Only change the status to not active if they are canceling service that day
Click on the blue “Change Status” button in the Account Profile section
Change the status box to “Not Active” and click the green Ok button
Once that is done you will get a pop up to confirm the status change, click the red “Disconnect Service” button to confirm.
You will now be back on the customer overview page, the banner should now be red and say “This Customer Is Not Active”
