Individual MDU Information
This page is for the sales, installation and technical support of special MDU installations. These MDU's have a special agreement in place where we are able to offer higher speeds to member units on an individual basis. This page DOES NOT have relevant information for “Bulk” MDU deals.
This page is for the following MDUs
- 27 W Main Santaquin UT
- 300 W MDU Santaquin UT (covering roughly 60 South to 110 South)

Sales Information
Intellipop offers special plans for the individual units in the addresses listed above.
We offer:
- MDU Basic: 15 Mbps Up & Down for $39.95/mo
- MDU Classic: 50 Mbps Up & Down for $49.95/mo
- MDU Premium: 100 Mbps Up & down for $69.95/mo
Like our wireless plans, all of these plans have no long term contracts, no data caps and are flat monthly rates.
Unlike wireless plans, these are not “burst” plans and the upload and download speeds should match.
Installation of these units is simply with an Ethernet jack in the home that connects to our switch on the side of the building - this is really the only information the customer needs to know.
The customer will need a router for WiFi in the home. They can buy/lease one of our routers, bring one of their own or we can recommend a router.
Technical Support
Technical support for these units are fairly standard.
Here are the general steps you need to follow for each potential issue.
- Speed Issues: bypass the router and run a speedtest to fast.com. NOTE: You will have to update the MAC address of their router by pulling it off the switch. See Switch Information for steps on how to do this. Customers should see their top speeds at all times, do not escalate if they are receiving at least 80% of their package speeds.
- Down: Check the relevant Mikrotik or Netonix switch to see if the switch is responding. If you are able to communicate with the switch, the customer should be online. Troubleshoot router and cable.
- Intermittent: Look at the history graph on the relevant switch in Powercode. Solid green bars indicate good uptime. If the uptime graphs are solid green, troubleshoot router and cable. If the router is showing yellow and red, escalate the call.
Basically, if the switch is up the customer will have internet service. This is because you are logging into the switch from outside our network, inferring that internet access to the switch is working just fine.
Note: you can tell if something is plugged into the port and what speeds they are associated at by locating the port on the switch and hovering over it with your mouse. See switch information below for pictures.
