Phone Queue Information

This page is for phone system commands and other related information.

When coming into your shift, log your phone into queue in the 3CX desktop app.

If you are the last or only person in the queue and you need to step away for lunch or at the end of your shift VERIFY EVERYONE IS LOGGED OUT OF QUEUE

If a customer calls in and a phone is still logged into queue, the customer will be on hold for several extra minutes until it is transferred to our backup call center. Needless to say, this will unnecessarily frustrate our customers and is to be avoided at all costs.

To verify everyone is out of queue simply ring the queue. If another phone rings, let that person know on slack
