Changing Utopia Fiber Service Plan
We currently offer two plans on Utopia Fiber: 250 Mbps down/up and 1Gbps down/up
Make sure customers are aware of the price difference before submitting the change:
250 Mbps down/up- is $34.95/mo to Intellipop + $30/mo municipal fee to Utopia to lease the fiber connection. Grand total between the two separate bills is $64.95/mo
1Gbps down/up- Is $46.95/mo to Intellipop + $30/mo municipal fee to Utopia to lease the fiber connection. Grand Total between the two separate bills is $76.95/mo
Upgrading/Downgrading Service
To upgrade or downgrade a service for a Utopia fiber customer you will need to do the following:
Once these above steps are done advise the customer this can take up to 2 business days for this change to fully take effect in Utopia's system. We will give them a call once the change has been completed to inform them of the change.
